01 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the qbajee platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("Member", "Player", "you"). By using the qbajee website, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "qbajee" or "Platform" — The online gaming service operated at the qbajee.cam domain.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who has registered an account on qbajee.
• "Account" — The personal account registered on the platform in the member's name.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in the member's account.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any term is declared invalid by a competent authority, all remaining terms will continue to be in effect.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on qbajee, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• No other qbajee account may be active on the device or network from which registration is being made.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact our support team immediately.

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Using an account and playing games on qbajee is permitted only for those aged 21 and above. We may at any time request any one of the following documents for identity and age verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (alongside another document)
• Driving Licence

If you fail to provide the requested documents or if false information is found, qbajee reserves the right to suspend or close the account and the associated balance may be forfeited.

qbajee is highly aware of protecting minors (those under 21). If it is proven that a minor has used an account, all transactions on that account will be considered void.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on qbajee are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — the same for all payment methods.

• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be credited to the account immediately.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Once a withdrawal request is successfully processed, funds generally arrive at the relevant payment method within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.
• A withdrawal request may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
• qbajee reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

qbajee offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500.

Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement and validity period — read the conditions before accepting an offer.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• There may be specific rules for playing games using bonus funds — some games may not count towards bonus wagering.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the relevant bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• qbajee reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

There are four VIP tiers on qbajee: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). It is possible to move to a higher tier through regular and active play. VIP cashback is credited to the account each week according to set rules.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on qbajee have their own rules, and each game displays those rules within its own game interface. Members are encouraged to read the relevant rules before playing.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting is a popular section of qbajee. Betting is available on international cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup and IPL. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will be considered void.

Live Casino and Slot Games

Live casino and slot games run on software from trusted game providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are independently tested.

Technical Issues

In the event of an internet disconnection, server error or any other technical problem during a game, the last record saved in the system will be considered final. qbajee is not liable for unavoidable technical reasons in this regard.

07 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on qbajee:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or information.
• Bonus fraud or bonus abuse.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack or unauthorisedly modify the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Collusive cooperation with other users (collusion).
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards qbajee staff.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, qbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account without notice and to forfeit all balances and winnings in the account. In cases of serious violations, the relevant authorities may be notified.

08 Responsible Gaming

qbajee gives responsible gaming the highest priority. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure or mental distress.

Member Rights and Protection

• You may set a deposit limit for your account at any time.
• You may request a temporary or permanent break from the platform (self-exclusion).

10 Limitation of Liability

• Account information falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Services being suspended or changed due to legal obligations.
• Unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or cyber attacks) that are directly outside qbajee's control.

In any circumstance, qbajee's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited into your account within 30 days of the relevant incident.

11 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between qbajee and a member will first be addressed through discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. First contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email and describe the issue in detail.
2. The support team will investigate the matter and will generally respond within 72 hours.
3. If the support team's decision is not satisfactory, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
4. In resolving all disputes, the logs and records maintained by qbajee will be considered as final evidence.

In the event of a dispute, completing all game rounds during gameplay is mandatory — incomplete rounds may be considered void.

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

Changes to Terms

qbajee reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continuing to access or use the platform after any changes means you automatically agree to the new terms. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.

Termination of Service

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. After the account is closed, all data will be retained for a defined period in accordance with legal requirements.
